The Nike “Air Max 1” (aka “Air Max 87”) was the first drop in the iconic Air Max brand. While the color of the original laces will depend on the pack / colorway / release, the OG shoelace style and sizing is the same across all. The Air Max Ones come equipped with standard, flat bodied cotton / poly blend laces, generally between 52 and 54 inches (137 CM). If you prefer to wear your laces untied, we recommend going with a slightly shorter, 50 inch shoelace - it’s a better fit for laid back styles.

The smallest laces we recommend using is 46″ - anything else will be too short to fully lace up, UNLESS you didn’t lace them up to the top. Hope that helps!
