Jordan 8 holds a place in the Air Jordan hall of fame that no other model in the series does. Nike released it in the 1992-93 “Three Peat Championship” season, and Michael Jordan wore them to pulverize the Hawks, Knicks, Cavs, and Suns. Wearing these, Jordan reached his pinnacle before his first retirement.
Michael Jordan led the Bulls to get them the NBA title for the third time. For himself, Jordan got the scoring title for the seventh time (straight) and hit a milestone by scoring 20,000 points in his NBA career.
But, even more remarkable was Jordan’s wrath in the Madison square when the press pulled him up for the 3-8 shooting in the Game 3. Bristled, Jordan descended upon the Knicks with 54 points and annihilated them completely.
Jordan came out of the playoffs with an average of 35.1 points per game, 6.7 rebounds per game, and 6 assists per game. His average during the six-game finals was even higher.
