Air Max 97
The Nike “Air Max 97” (aka “Air Max 1997”) was the first Air Max running shoe to feature full length Nike Air Max cushioning. While the color of the original laces will depend on the pack / colorway / release, the OG shoelace style and sizing is the same across all. The Air Max 97 come equipped with standard, ropes made with a cotton / poly blend, generally between 45 and 50 inches (137 CM). If you prefer to wear your laces untied, we recommend going with a slightly shorter, 50 inch shoelace - it’s a better fit for laid back styles.
